Engage in follow-up telehealth session (optional)
What is included?
A relaxed, professional 2–3 hour assessment that includes gentle observation and interview of the individual being assessed, as well as someone who knows them well (a family member or spouse, ideally)
A clear, detailed report covering:
Screening for emotional, mood/anxiety issues
A plain-English breakdown of how each diagnostic criteria is or is not met
Consideration of any co-occurring mental health concerns
A practical “What Now?” pack with personalised next steps, service suggestions, and easy-to-read info to help you move forward with confidence
A telehealth feedback session to walk through the findings and what they mean for you and your support network.
